Logging In / Forgot Password

Learn how to log in to your MyKofre account and what to do if you forget your password.

How to Log In

1. Navigate to Login

Go to the MyKofre website and click on the Login button, typically found in the header or on the homepage.

2. Enter Your Credentials

Enter the email address and password associated with your MyKofre account.

3. Access Your Account

After entering your credentials, click the Login button. You'll be redirected to your account dashboard.

Forgot Password

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it using the password recovery feature:

1. Click "Forgot Password"

On the login page, click the "Forgot Password" or "Reset Password" link.

2. Enter Your Email

Enter the email address associated with your MyKofre account.

3. Check Your Email

Check your email inbox for a password reset link. The email may take a few minutes to arrive. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder.

4. Reset Your Password

Click the reset link in the email. You'll be taken to a page where you can enter a new password. Make sure to create a strong password that meets the security requirements.

5. Log In with New Password

After resetting your password, return to the login page and log in with your email and new password.

Login Troubleshooting

I can't log in

  • Verify you're using the correct email address
  • Check that your password is correct (case-sensitive)
  • Ensure your account email has been verified
  • Try resetting your password if you're unsure
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Try using a different browser or incognito mode

I didn't receive the password reset email

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Wait a few minutes - emails can be delayed
  • Verify you entered the correct email address
  • Check if your email provider is blocking the message
  • Try requesting the reset email again

The reset link expired

Password reset links typically expire after a certain period (usually 24 hours). If your link has expired, request a new password reset email.

I'm locked out of my account

If you've made multiple failed login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked for security reasons. Wait a few minutes and try again, or use the password reset feature to regain access.

  • Use a strong password: Combine letters, numbers, and special characters
  • Don't share your password: Keep your login credentials private
  • Log out on shared devices: Always log out when using public or shared computers
  • Enable two-factor authentication: If available, enable 2FA for additional security
