The Tip feature allows fans to send a direct one-time monetary support to any creator — no product purchase required. It's a simple way for fans to say "I appreciate your work" and for creators to earn beyond product sales.
How the Tip Button Works
On any creator's public profile (/u/username), fans see a 💛 Tip button next to the Follow and Share buttons.
Fan clicks the Tip button — a tip widget opens on the page.
Fan selects a preset amount (€2, €5, €10, €20) or enters a custom amount (€1–€500).
Fan can leave an optional message for the creator.
Fan clicks Send Tip — they are redirected to a secure Stripe checkout.
After payment, the fan is redirected back to the creator's profile.
The tip is recorded and the creator earns the full amount (minus Stripe's processing fee).
Viewing Your Received Tips
Go to the SELL section on the Orbital Hub.
Open the Tips tab in your creator dashboard.
See your total tips earned, total number of tips, and a list of individual tips with amounts, messages, and dates.
Tips for Creators
Mention your tip button in your social media bio or during live events.
Use your MyKofre ID QR code to direct fans to your profile where the tip button is visible.
Tips are also tracked in the Analytics Dashboard as a separate revenue line.
For Fans — Do I Need an Account to Tip?
No. Tips can be sent without a MyKofre account. You only need a valid credit or debit card to complete the Stripe checkout. If you are logged in, the tip is linked to your account automatically.
