Creator Subscriptions

Creator Subscriptions let you offer fans ongoing access for a recurring fee. Define monthly or yearly plans, set the price and perks, and earn predictable recurring revenue.

How to Set Up a Subscription Plan

  1. Go to the SELL section on the Orbital Hub.
  2. Open the Subscriptions tab in your creator dashboard.
  3. Click New Plan.
  4. Enter a plan name (e.g., "Fan", "Supporter", "VIP").
  5. Set the price and billing interval: monthly or yearly.
  6. Write a description of what subscribers get (exclusive tracks, behind-the-scenes content, early access, etc.).
  7. Save and publish — the plan appears on your public profile.

Managing Active Subscribers

Active subscribers are listed in the Subscriptions tab of your dashboard. You can see who is subscribed, which plan they're on, and their subscription start date. Subscriptions are managed automatically via Stripe Billing — renewals and cancellations are handled without manual intervention.

For Fans — How to Subscribe

Visit a creator's public profile (/u/username) and scroll to their subscription plans. Click Subscribe on the plan you want, complete the Stripe checkout, and your subscription is active immediately.

Cancellations & Refunds

Subscribers can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds follow Stripe's standard policy. Creators do not need to handle cancellations manually.
