A Drop is a scheduled, limited product release. You set a date and time, and a countdown appears on your public profile. When the timer hits zero, the product goes on sale. When the set quantity sells out, the drop closes automatically.

How to Create a Drop
Go to the SELL section on the Orbital Hub.
Open the Drops tab in your creator dashboard.
Click New Drop.
Select the product you want to drop.
Set the release date and time.
Set the available quantity (how many units can sell).
Save — the countdown is immediately visible on your public profile.
What Fans See
On your public profile page (/u/yourusername), fans see a live countdown timer showing the time remaining until the drop. When the drop goes live, the timer disappears and the product appears available for purchase.
When a Drop Sells Out
When the number of paid purchases reaches the quantity you set, the drop status changes to Sold Out automatically. The product is no longer available for new purchases. An activity event is recorded in the platform feed.
